Navid is a partner and a principal solicitor of Amity Lawyers and has worked exclusively in immigration law for a number of years. Navid is also admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a lawyer and is registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). His passion for immigration law stemmed from his work with various pro bono organisations early in his legal career. Navid has a proud record of working with clients from across the globe on a wide range of migration matters. Apart from clients based in Melbourne, Navid has worked closely with clients based in other parts of Australia as well as many overseas. 

His extensive experience includes working on migration matters including protection, student, family sponsorship, citizenship, business and investment, as well as skilled visa applications. Navid also has significant experience in complex matters such as visa cancellations, AAT appeals and judicial review matters in the Federal and Federal Circuit Courts. His result based management of clients’ files is grounded in his belief in establishing relationships of trust with clients and ensuring their needs are met at every step of their immigration process.
