We will gather all the documents required for your student visa application, including your health insurance and we will apply for your visa.

The first part of the process to apply for a student visa is selecting a course that suits your needs. There are three main categories of study from which you can choose:
- English Language Courses: Based on your level of English, you can start from basic to Advance; or select specialised courses according to your educational goals, such as English with Academic Purposes EAP, Cambridge, IELTS preparation, among others.
- Vocational Courses: the focus of these courses is practical training that help you develop the necessary skills to succeed in the workplace. You can obtain one qualification and start building your training through advance levels and build a pathway into higher education. These courses start from Certificate I, II, III, IV, Diploma to Advanced Diploma. You can choose from a wide variety of options, for instance Business, Marketing, Construction, Early Childhood and much more.
- University Courses: Includes higher education degrees such as Bachelor, Master and PhD
Once you have decided on your course, we will guide you through the selection of the institution. We have a wide portfolio of well-known Australian institutions and universities for you to choose from.
- We will require necessary documents to fill the enrolment form, including identity documents, English test results (depending on the institution or type of course), Previous Academic Certificates, Personal Statement, among other things.
- The institution will send the letter of offer which we will review with you and send the signed form back to them.
- You will be required to pay your course fees. Most of the institutions offer payment plans should you require it. We will let you know this option according to the institution you select.
- Once you have paid, you will receive your Confirmation of Enrolment COE.
Now we are ready to start your student visa application.
It is a mandatory requirement by the Australian government for a visa applicant to be covered by A health provider for the duration of your visa. We will support you in the process of choosing a suitable insurance plan according to your needs with recognised health providers in Australia.
Once you have purchased your health insurance, we will be ready to continue your student visa application.

Depending on the circumstances of every student, the time that the immigration department takes to process the visas can vary. Some of the factors among others are:
- Nationality
- Visa history
- Family members included in the application
- Character history
- Health condition
Department of Home Affairs will advise us if more information or evidence is needed. The Department will also advise when you are required to undertake medical exams or provide Biometrics.
Our Migration Lawyers are also MARA registered so before submitting your application, we will review it with them to ensure your application has the highest prospects of success with the shortest processing time.

We will be notified by the Department of Home Affairs of the outcome of your student visa application. If you are outside Australia, you will be provided a period of time to arrange your entry into Australia once your visa is approved.
